Brandy Holdeman

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I’m passionate about helping clients navigate every step of the buying, selling, or leasing process. I specialize in residential real estate and property management, and I’m committed to providing knowledgeable, honest, and personalized service.

Born in northern Indiana, I moved to the Bloomington area at age 8 and have called it home ever since. I graduated from Bloomfield High School in 1999—the same year I earned my real estate license. In 2003, I graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Legal Studies.

Before diving full-time into real estate, I worked as a loan closer at a local title company, giving me a strong foundation in the transaction process and further enriching the expertise I bring to every client relationship.

I’ve been married to my husband since 2006, and we have two wonderful children who attend Edgewood schools. As a long-time resident and dedicated Realtor, I’d love the opportunity to help you with all your real estate needs.
